Ladies Schools Sponsors - Attention - Lunch Arrangements

Post by Lisa Severy »

This year for the Ladies School we decided to do something different. We will not be having an "on-site short order" provider. We will be picking up salads and sandwiches and bringing them on site. Lunch is being provided to the students and working "sponsors" as part of the entry fee. There were no "pre-orders" for additional lunches on any of the applications I processed. The cost will be $6.00 payable on site. Thank you!
We really want all of the sponsors/workers to stay on-site to keep the event on schedule. Thank you for your cooperation and support!

Hi Lisa,

Just to confirm, each $60 entry already includes 2 lunches (student & sponsor), correct? That is what I gathered from the application and is what I communicated to the ladies that I helped sign up. Additional lunches on top of that were to be ordered at $6/each for other friends that want to come hang out. Is this the correct understanding? Thanks!
