WTB, AutoX workers - Qualcomm July 27

Post by Jayson Woodruff »

Looking to hire about 4 course workers for an event at Qualcomm. $10/hr for at least 6hr, plus some free course time.

Here's the main call to arms thread:

In the near future I'll be looking for workers for two Fontana events on Sept 14 and Nov 23, keep your ears open for that.

I can see using it to get to/from station, but seems like more trouble than worth in the actual course working.

Since we didn't have many incidents we used the bikes to get around rather then just stay at one station. But it did make it a lot more fun

Mako, the SE lot is relatively small to the type of course we'd normally work. The course will likely wrap within itself so proximity to each station is very short. There should be plenty of coverage even with a small amount of workers.

Just saying it was fun for us to bike around instead of just standing around. :gpower:

You signing up to drive again this year? I thought the course and format turned out pretty well last year, but I was very light attendance. Getting the info to the right people is the problem. If its not picked up some this year, I think the promoter will give up on the idea.

Do you have an idea of how full the registration is so far? I got a bunch of people to sign up and a good amount of SD-R autoxers will be there as well.

Wish I could. Same day as our last practice before Lincoln. Plus I volunteered to course design.
