Correction.

Friday is not an option due to the lot not being available until 5 PM.

I will need 5 Workers for the crack of Dawn on Saturday.
This will be your work assignment for the weekend.

PLEASE contact me soon so I can start coordinating who is going to be doing what.

We will have to be really efficent to make the 8:30 start time.

Pete....

I'll help, since I'm in the practice I'll be there already. It'll be just like the old days.....
One thought: you'll most likely be fine tuning the course as cars are running to keep things on time so if we get the basics done by 830 we'll be in good shape.

I'll do it. I'll be there no later than 6:00 a.m. I don't have one, but someone needs to have a pick-up truck available to quickly place large amounts of cones for further dispersal. Unless you have a different plan.

People whine to much when there's a single pin cone... use 4 in a box shape touching one another, then it's not a pin cone!

Oh, I knew you were.

But if you have a basic concept you could send me, I'd like to see it for motorhome and speaker placement. I'll plan on being there earlier than usual to get that part setup.

CTV is currently at my house. I'll plan to bring it to speedway @ 6am Saturday. If work sends that plan out the window I'll let you know as early as possible.

In an email, Pete had said he hoped to do some initial setup Friday as soon as he could get access. I know the trailer is still at the speedway, but probably not keys.

AAA Speedway is allowing us to setup today now.

KJ and I will be on site around 3:30 ish.

Byron, or Matt or Tom or Silviio or Ed H. can anyone of you make it then? :?:

This will take some stress off tomorrow morning for sure.

BTW, it looks like the CTV won't be there until 6 AM Saturday. But the cone trailer is there.

Luckily KJ has two choices of unlocking the cone trailer.

Call me.

Pete...
