Hoping FS scares up a class...I'm all by my lonesome on the entry list, right now. I'm thinking Jerry (Lamb) will make the trek down, as Kristi Brown is signed up for FSL (she drove his car last year).

Any FS drivers left in SoCal?

Yes, Jerry will be there, he is just a little slow registering.

Keith, is there a tequila run this year to Mexico? :)

In any case, keep Saturday night open.

No tequila run this year. we still have a cask full. ( we have consummed about 2/3's of the tequila we brought back)
we will probably take another trip next winter.

Definitely keeping saturday night open.

Last event up here, both Vic Sias' son, Peyton, and Tom Ellam's daughter, Mary, ran their respective FJ classes...maybe the families are just kind of late to sign up for the Tour?

Kristi Brown is now co-driving my car, so with Jerry signed up and the Mustang currently listed in AM (which I'm ASSuming is actually an FS car), looks like we'll have at least four in FS at the tour...

cars that sign up in AM are likely going to be SK classed cars. So i wouldn't count on it showing up as an FS car.

Forgot about that. Oh well, looks like another slim, west coast FS class :)

Jerry is now listed in FS, so that settles that question. But it's still looking like a slim class, with only 3 drivers entered so far.

Looks like early registration ends this Friday. Is that correct? Signup people :)

STR has so many entries

I just added the Evo Advantage to my schedule of events.

He is playing mind games. He orginally had his BMW listed in STX.

Look at KJ, hes running on 140 tread wear Hoosiers.

Tom, you are runing the BMW right? Or you are runing the EVO like it says on the list? Either way the civics are getting schooled

Any guesses what total entry number's going to be?

Currently at 241, with a day left until late fees...I'm thinking it will go over 250, but I don't think we'll approach the 304 at Dixie...maybe 260 or so?

Should be lots of fun, looking forward to seeing all my SoCal friends :)

In case anyone doesn't see this on the ProSolo thread:
Aaron Goldsmith wrote:The Kumho contigency is back

And for those running in SK1/2, I emailed the guy to ask if they would be paying out contingency money for the SK1/2 classes and he said they would:
Hi Jeff,

Thanks for your message. I will honor the contingency for the SK classes at the San Diego Tour and El Toro Pro. Good luck and thanks for considering Kumho tires for your racing effort!

Kind regards,
Rudy Consolacion
Motorsports Manager
Kumho Tire USA, Inc.
Also of note, the award is doubled for non-R-comp tires, meaning a first place in an SK class would be $600. 2nd is $400, 3rd is $300. I did send a follow up email and got confirmation that the awards will be doubled for SK classes as well.
