BMW 335i Convertible

Would a 2008 BMW 335i Convertible be legal?

My girlfriend is getting one and I would really like her to feel the limits in the car and know how to drive it. I know I found the EVO school to be a great learning experience for me so I was thinking about signing her up for that but I am just waiting for her to get a car.

My other question is when is the next EVO school?
