Marshall Who ?!

That was great ... from her initial "Whoa!" to dad's proud "She beat Marshall!"

You can't buy Berry Genes for any amount ... but we're lucky to be able to avail ourselves to Tom's coaching.

That Berry video was a major warm and fuzzzy. What a cool cool first time in the car. Well done Lisa! And well done proud papa. Marshall... Not so good.

What was that????
Oh yeah, the sound of 12 more national level women proclaiming that they would not step into a BSPL car at nationals for all the shoes in Carrie Bradshaw's closet.

Kurt ... where is a sample video from your new one piece device?

You might have seen it ... it uses an elastic band to attach to a rear view mirror. Cigar shape ... everything built-in ... no wires.

Still have to upload the video. I've been lagging, cuz the wife has been making up for two days' absence by putting me to work. I'll try to upload a couple of them tonight.

Okay, Mako, here's what my camera looked like. It certainly ain't a Chase Cam, but not bad given what I paid. Audio is horrible, though. I'd turn the sound off, cuz it'll melt your brain.

Shoulda stopped for that down cone right at the exit of the final turn...Free run!
You gotta get a competitive car, your lines looked pretty good to me, I think you'd be fast in no time in the right car.

Nice quality ... befitting the car. Were you shifting down to first on the pin corner and finish?

Yes, unfortunately. 1st gear goes up to 51 mph, and 2nd goes to 86 mph. My old GT3 had a little better stock gearing for AutoX, it would go to 46 mph in 1st and 82 mph in 2nd, also it was a lighter and narrower car, and the old engine ran stronger in the low RPM range. Anyway, I put a lower ring and pinion gear in my old car, and that made the car great for AutoX.

I tried staying in 2nd gear for my last run at the pin corner, downshifting to 1st at the finish, it felt a better run, but the time was 0.8 secs slower. The car didn't have any punch out of the pin corner in 2nd gear, the 3200# don't help either.

Thanks, Seb. I'm ordering it in August, probably. My lease on the whale runs until Nov.
