Yeah, very nice. Their cost would be about $2.50 - $3.00 at most. Wish we had the ability to do all over print but it requires a special setup we don't have.

That's not sublimation. Sublimation isn't for shirt printing anyway, it's mainly for printing on hard surfaces. Most shirt screen printing has the shirt slid on a pallet which limits the size of print (our widest pallet is 18"). That type of print is done on a very large pallet (plus larger screens and squeegees) that the whole shirt is laid on and uses a water base ink and is usually limited to one color of print since you can't secure the shirt to hold registration of multiple colors.

Holding registration on a surface that stretches sounds dodgy at best. Maybe with inkjet, but that sounds costly.
