August 8th El Toro Practice - volunteers for setup

Post by KJ Christopher »

Pete and Guy are going to set up on Friday. If you would like to volunteer to be on the set up team, please post here or contact them via email. I'm not sure how many bodies they will need, but it will be a few. They will contact you to let you know if your on the set up crew.

Thanks!

Course set up is a bona fide work position. Of course, (no pun intended) only those 'officially' on the set up team get that privilege. Can't have 20 people show up and claim they already worked. We usually get 4-5 people total. (or 8-10 total since we have two courses here, as mike points out below.)

We'll probably need double that, assuming we have enough participants to do two full courses.

He's talking pretty early. He wants to be done with his course by Noon.

I will provide maps to Guy that others can interpret and do some roughing in of my course before I get there.

I'll let Guy respond as to his arrival time.
