FYI Mako, only the '01's were forged, '02+ were all cast Speedline wheels and roughly a 1lb lighter per corner.

The change was made from forged to spun-cast wheels for all 02+ cars because the original manufacturer could not keep up with demand, at one time in 2001 production was even halted because of wheel shortages.

The 02'+ spun-cast wheels are the lighter ones, at -1.3lbs total per set.

? Those are of course just the front wheels.

New replacement wheels from GM ... $856 and $886 per ... just as a comparison. Still looking and advertising for used ones on the Vette/Z06 sites. None listed on eBay or Craigs list at the moment.

The link is to a company (using ebay) listing FOUR 9.5x17 rims (often used by camaro guys). Just be very careful & specific as to what you are getting if you buy online.

You really don't want chrome, it adds a lot of weight where you don't want it. Plus replica rims always weigh more even without the chrome. Often as much as 2 lbs per corner for larger rims.

Call these guys, I bought 3 or 4 sets of Vette rims from them. The owner is not "charming" but honest & good prices. His web site is usually out of date, just use telephone - Florida time zone.
