To keep the ST civics from beating up on the STU guys.

I mean who would want to run in that class with such a hard index.

ST was faster than STU at Nats. Rick got the PAX the wrong way round!

I know, if he makes STU softer than ST then all the civics would be forced to go run in STU for the softer index. See the logic? :barf:

So in what region are the STS cars beating up the ST cars... since it's obviously not here, SD, or Nationals.

Why does GS not change... the Mini's are gone.... no one has run anything else (competitively) in years.

STS is a no brainer. Take the car to beat in ST, take off weight and length. If you can't go a tiny bit faster, you're doing it wrong.

Wow, DS takes it in the pants! Gives back .2 to CS on a 60 sec. course, and .3 to HS. You're welcome Leonard and Ernest! I guess it's still not too late to get that GS Hyundai Genesis coupe.

Yeah, but the Mini only gave up .1 on the move from GS to DS. HS got relatively easier to CS by .1. I'm more worried about the early Boxsters along with the RX-8 being moved to CS as I believe that makes KJ and Tom Tanquary my direct competitors locally. Down in San Diego, Doug is going to benefit a LOT by moving the SVT from GS to HS in SK2 as he gets 1.9 back.

The one Genesis that went to Nats this year trophied...........and out of all the cars in class, it sure was the best looking. Seems like it would be a wonderful daily driver.

almost, it was one out of the trophies, only 1 second behind the winner.... sounds like a pax killer to me. mid year people are going to be screaming about the overdog Genesis and the soft pax...

Just checked and my local dealer has four 2.0T Tracks with a manual tranny. Going to visit them on Mon., just to see what they're like.

That would seam logical.... but their not doing it. So what gives... are we saying the so far CRX drivers just aren't up to it? Or could the shorter wheel base actually be a detriment to the handling?

CRX drivers aren't doing it. The competition is no where near as deep. Sorry, Mr. King.

you mean transferring weight off the drive wheels makes a car slower? :o
