WTB 95 M3 rear diff.

Post by Tom Berry »

I am looking for a rear diff for a 95 M3.
Anyone have one of these tucked away somewhere that wants to sell it?

I have pieces of a 95 M3 diff you can have if you want. There is no rear cover or output shafts and there is a chip in one of the teeth on the ring gear (from one of the internal bolts coming loose, which was pretty common on 95s). Ratio is 3.15. LSD clutch packs were in decent shape for the few events I drove the car with this diff, but it did have ~100k miles on it. Diffs in Laguna Nigel.

There is a retail store on Newport Blvd in Costa Mesa called Mesa Performance the also sells some used BMW parts. I don't know if they have the diff you are looking for, but you can give them a call if you don't find it elsewhere. There number is 949-six four two-8824. Ask for Jim.
