Rain Set-Up ... Vette Rear Toe

Post by Mako Koiwai »

We add additional rear toe when we go to our R tires. How about in the wet with street tires? Just leave the street 1/8" total rear toe in? I'm thinking that if it's very wet, there isn't enough traction to get the car to really squat and require the additional rear toe in?

i keep my toe the same. But of course i drive FWD. I usually don't change anything with the car... I just turn down the rebound and just drive.

For the rain I recommend toeing the rear out and then driving across country while pulling a trailer behind your Z06. Not only will you develop fabulous car control skills, you will completely destroy your tires. Could it be I am speaking from experience. Nah...... ;)
