Is Trick Tank still in business?

I placed my order 1,5 month ago, they called me two weeks later to ask for my cc (since their system had a problem).
It's been almost a month since they called me and I still haven't received anything.
I called them up and left voice mail with my number for at least 2-3 times, emailed them a couple of times too, but no luck.
Yesterday their phone was disconnected (saying all the circuits are busy) for the whole day and night (I called like at 3 am their time).
Today I left another voice mail...

It really sucks because I need an air tank and I already paid a lot of money to them (I though I got the polished one)... Now I need to go through dispute and on top of that I need to find another air tank...
