How about a push sweeper?

Post by Ron Tsumura »

After pushing a broom at several events and watch others sweep up at Norton :unimpressed: I thought there has to be better way. :ibrightdea:

I was also considering purchasing another leaf blower and bringing it to events.

They actually use a home built tracter/sweeper hybrid in Houston (at least they did a few years ago). It's funny how since they have it, it's 'required' to race. They held up afternoon runs for an extra 30 minutes to get the 'lunch sweep' through. Surface wasn't all that gravel-ly.

For us it would be a step up, for them, they are wondering where the heck the jet blower went?

Auto Club Speedway has a jet blower. Flippin' awsome! Watched them use it on our lot.

Yep have seen and been on the wrong end of the jet blower many times. Big willow used to have one. You see the jet blowers comeout for wet tracks at Auto Club along with when they spread a bunch of kitty litter.
