Looking for a ride for Sunday

Post by Will Kalman »

I'm car-less this Sunday so I'm looking for a ride that runs in the afternoon (to keep my schedule compatible with the kids).

PM me if you have a seat available, I'm not picky but prefer something competitive in its class...

Will I'd love to go head to head with you in my car. See what you can do and get a good baseline test. I run last (SK1 - 5th run group) and work 4th (right after lunch).

Looks like our cars all run Sunday morning ... but if you can find a class to run them later, go ahead ... X or Time only Runs ?

STX runs first, but if it fits in an afternoon class, you're welcome to it.

Looks like I'll be in the Mako/Karen 'vette. Drives pretty much like an ST Civic, right?

Thanks for the other offers!

Will is going to be going come on Ekstrand. Kick it up a notch if you want me to drive with you. You know what you need to do. I've driven these other cool cars. Get it done. Paint the civic.

Identical, except the 'vette has power steering and abs. Otherwise, samo, although the 'vette might be an inch or so wider. 8-)

You'll need to figure out how to make the Civic digital throttle applications into analog ZO6 long slow applications :geek:

Thanks Karen and Mako - that was a bunch of fun, improving each run as I figured how to dance with the Z06 without awkwardly stepping on it's feet (i.e. the throttle)!
