I thought I had sold all of them but found a box with one more set. (Similar to the below picture but the duct is white)

88-91 CRX/Civic A/C Delete Parts. $25
  • Blank button replacing the A/C button.
  • Duct replacing the evap core. (plus screws)
  • Firewall blockoff grommet.
