So, are you a skinny midget, house elf or Justin Bieber?

On edit: Puertas has one that he fits in. And I fit in it too. But I'm still curious as to what category Seb falls into. :D

Beautiful car, but Swifts were built for jockeys with tiny feet.
Shauna is the target audience for that car.

Formula Fords are small enough... Swifts are literally THE smallest of the various makes. Pinkgineer is always laughing about how the guys drag her out of the office to come sit in the race cars for test fitting because shes the only one short enough to fit.

Obviously, people do fit. Swifts are amongst the most sought after and popular.

The swifts are all about aero.
The are very skinny to reduce frontal area, and move the tires as far away from the body's airstream as possible.

This gave them a higher top speed than the rest of the field, and it took the other manufacturers years to catch up.

Not a big difference in Solo, obviously, but they are pretty cars, and because they are still nationally competitive, they still fetch good money.

Swifts are gorgeous. But the 85 RF85 Van Diemen that Nick Myers finished a complete restoration on and is co-driving with Mark Lamm is the single most beautiful car I've ever seen autocross. I totally transformed what I thought a CM car could be.

Interestingly, even though they are winning with that car in the midwest against most of the top 6 from Nationals last year, they still feel that Mark's 73 Dulon old style outboard suspension car is faster (its certainly better sorted and that may be the issue).

Point is, for winning in autocross, just about any chassis and year can be made competitive. And for what I have into my ST civic at this point, I could buy a small fleet of CM cars.
