Free Miata Parts

Post by Bob Beamesderfer »

Quite a few 1st Gen Miata parts I need out of my garage:
  • Driver's side headlight cover, black, vg condition
    Gas door, black, vg condtion
Manual steering rack, needs one boot, which is best sourced from Gates because Mazda charges an arm and a leg, Mazda Comp price last I checked was $60. For a boot. Made of rubber/plastic. Aftermarket piece is about $20
    Steering column
Passenger side door, black, no roll-up glass or interior panel, paint OK
Stock fuel pump, worked when taken off car in 2002, from 1994
Under dash portion of the AC.

Because I'm not on here everyday, best to send me a txt, nine-five-one 264-2219

Bringing this back to the top.

Any and all of the stuff listed in the first post is free for the taking. I need to clear this stuff because I'm not going to take it with when it comes time to move. So claim stuff now or it's headed to the scrap yard.

Hi Bob,

Hope the job situation has worked itself out over the last few years. Would love to see you join us again someday.

On point
I'd also be interested in the rack, and the MAF.

...or are Casey and I being to being to polite about this? Others just call dib's.

Do you have the power antenna? I would be interested in one of you do.

Only the one in my 2002 daily driver. :) And it doesn't always want to go up; previous owner could have gotten it fixed for free under warranty because of a TSB, but didn't bother.
