Had a gentleman in a red pick up truck as where the El Toro waivers were. In the number of time I have not done gate I have only seen the El Toro wavier once. Don't know if we have any, didn't recognize them in the box but it was pretty wet and blustery. He said he would come back with them, but I didn't see him before I was relieved.
Are we supposed to have an El Toro waiver, do we have any in stock?

He brought them later. We don't have any in stock, not our responsibility really, but I suppose they could supply us with some since we have numerous events coming up there.Arthur Grant wrote:Had a gentleman in a red pick up truck as where the El Toro waivers were. He just seemed really annoyed that we didn't have any. They need to go see how Auto Club handles it, they make it easy. Ok, I will look for them in the box tomorrow. Hopefully they are long froms like the Auto Club ones so it's easy to tell people how to fill them out.

Re: El Toro Waiver Forms
By the way, my posting the question here wasn't to annoy anyone, apparently bothered I think it was Ken? There was discussion about going to him or to the board but to be honest wouldn't know exactly who to ask. Anyway, there should be a sheet wtih a POC for forms if we need them in the future. There needs to be tribal knowledge for the Gate Cheif that they are needed and where to get them. I still don't know what we would do with the completed form and who we would give it. Given that I have been Cheif of Waivers in the past, and might at sometime in the future (although after this post not likely at El Toro) I would want to know who to turn them into. Not like Auto Club where the process is straight forward and the guard gate is the focal point.
Very cool that we got some long clip boards.
Thanks Jeff, I really enjoyed working for you.
