See us in our booth. We should have the SPEED World Challenge Lexus (Altenburg) in our booth. Working the booth will be local autocrossers Randall Noll and Randy Chase.... plus 4 others.

Randy Pobst seems to be your BEST salesman! He always mentions your product in pre-interviews during SCCA World Challenge races. It's kinda cool knowing I know the creator of ChaseCam! ;)

Florida (for serious racing) is a much better show. Depends on what you want. Boobs and Bling? SEMA. Racing stuff? PRI

We will have booths at SEMA, Racing Expo (Reno NV right after SEMA). PWM (Germany). PRI in Florida. Autosport in UK. Tokyo Auto Salon. Stop by at any of them. Always cool to see someone at a trade show overseas.

Can't wait to see your booth Randy. Does the show start winding down on Friday?

We always notice things getting less crazy Friday afternoon. About an hour before official end, some vendors start slyly packing up (rules forbid this). You can tell most exhibitors and even attendees are a little burned out and ready to go home.

Once the announcement happens that the show is over, then chaos breaks out as everyone tries to get the hell out of there. Forklifts, carpets being rolled up, show cars moving out, cranes.

Best year ever... Bill Schenker was with us and we had to go 200 feet to the door, but we had a lot of heavy stuff like plasmas. Bill and I found a coffee cart with the name BILL S on it. Holy crap... it was kismet. We were able to use it about 6 times before we were busted. :)

Sounds like Comdex used to - once the "show is over" announcement was made, everything went nuts. I managed Konica's main floor booth in '94 and '95. We lined up all our copiers in the staging area and got all our staff together, then the 10:00 break started and we just wagon-trained them all out as quickly as we could. We'd usually get the 15 minute break + 15 minutes before someone said something about non-union people pushing carts. Then we'd apologize since we were already done and promise not to do it again (*cough* that day *cough*).

I wanna go!

But instead I'm burning my PTO on like 98273423 other things in October-November. Maybe I should just quit working.

I'll be arriving Monday night and staying through Thursday.

Friday is a good day to see the show as the crowd always seems to be a lot lighter, but I hate weekend traffic on the 15 so I bug out early that morning.

I was at SEMA Sunday, and in the Dunlop booth alone was a Nissan GTR, a hybrid LMP car, HPA's 500+hp Audi TT, and the LeMans winning Rothmans Porsche. Across the way was last year's S. Bourdais Redbull F1 car - cool stuff!

I'm going up early Thursday and coming back that night. Can anyone coming home on Friday give Tom a lift?

Tempted, and I've always wanted to see SEMA, but I'm already pushing it by taking Fri. off to set up cones for the weekend.

There's a little more than a square-mile under roof and more outside, but the show is organized by product category. Makes it easier if you don't care about car stereos or just want to see ridiculous wheels and odd tires. Like Kumho's new 385/15 22.

Can't blame him. It's hard enough mounting 710s on some wheels.
