I have a feeling they're paying more than we'd be willing to pay. Just a feeling. But if anyone could get me an appointment with Arte, I'd be willing to pitch it. Maybe you could get me an invitation to the owner's suite at the ballpark while you're at it?Steve Lepper wrote:Saw this going on there and all I could think was "if they can do this, why can't we run there???"

Yes. To the much more community friendly Arte, and word is the whole staff has taken on a friendly attitude. They ran some bike races in the parking lot there as well. Not only in the offseason, but also while the Angels are on the road. Will Kalman wrote:Hasn't ownership changed (from Disney to ??) since then?
Yes, and Brian R. gave me the OK to make an inquiry, which I did. The answer was "no dynamic automotive events." That was 4 or 5 years ago. Will Kalman wrote:Hasn't ownership changed (from Disney to ??) since then?
