So how do we express interest in the following SAC positions? It will be nice to express interest ahead of time so that the new Chairperson has a pool of people to nominate from.

Pointskeepers/Historian
Equipment Managers
Lot Chairpersons
Divisional Chairperson(s)
Divisional Solo Steward
Novice Coordinators
Chief of Waivers
Webmasters
Forums Administrator

Most of those jobs are chosen by the board, not elected. Some are jobs that are big Cal Club or national positions.

Divisional positions are outside of regional control. Appointed by the Area Director and/or BoD.
