"Usual Suspects" Gate/Tech List

Post by Kurt Rahn »

People who have problems chasing cones should have first crack at the lower-stress jobs like working tech and the gate. When I've been chief of those two functions, however, I've had problems getting ahold of people who I know in the past have requested non-running jobs in a timely manner. I'm putting together a list of people who -- for physical reasons -- would like to be contacted first when the gate and tech chiefs are filling those work slots. If you'd like to be included on that list, email, PM or call me with your email address (one you answer regularly) and the best phone number at which to contact you, and I'll make that list available to the worker and gate chiefs each event. You don't have to tell me why and I won't post this list on the board publicly.

I like to pretend it's because I enjoy talking to people, which is not generally acceptable while working course...
But does laziness count as a viable excuse?
If so, add me to the list!

Bump. Anyone else? BTW, Lugod, I still need your phone and email, so people can get ahold of you when they're looking.

BTW, I want to run something by you. I'll send you a PM in a few days or so.

Sounds good. Great to put a face to the name last weekend!
