Board Moderators: Error message of some type

Hi board mod's...

This afternoon I started getting this message at the top of every screen. Don't understand the details (my computer clock is correct), but I've never seen it before. Though you might like to know if your not seeing it.

looks like our server host upgraded our PHP install and screwed up the php.ini file.

...not that i know who our host is or how to fix it.
