Crazy time continuum capture! The way the sensor is scanned froze the rubber band at many points so it looks super long and stretched out.

I know I should have asked this before, is there a way to adjust the camera for indoor low level light?

No ... but the camera adjusts it's ISO and shutter speed to come up with a proper exposure. The GoPro is not a great low light camera ... yet was chosen to be the up-angle from the rescue capsule of the Chilean Miners ... with one LED light box pointing up.

What is amazing about the GoPro's (Center Weighted default) metering system is that it will ignore bright hi-lights in the angle of view to maintain proper exposure, instead of darkening the overall exposure.

One CAN switch from Center Weighted metering to Spot Metering ... which works well if the camera is in the back of the car, looking out through the windscreen. But when I put it into Spot Meter mode for the Point of View shots from Karen's helmet, it didn't work well because the camera was pointed slightly down ... so that we could see her steering and shifting. The Spot meter was reading the dark dashboard, opening up the exposure so that the it was too bright outside. The more "averaging" Center Weight metering mode would have been a better option after all.
